100% Tig Welded
Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Creates high quality, clean welds. With superior arc and weld puddle control, TIG allows you to create clean welds when appearances count. Because the heat input is often controlled by pressing on a foot pedal, similar to driving a car, TIG welding allows you to heat up or cool down the weld puddle giving you precise weld bead control. This makes TIG welding ideal for strong cosmetic welds like sculptures and automotive welds.
T6061 Structural Aluminum
Has excellent joining characteristics, good acceptance of applied coatings. Combines relatively high strength & shock absorption, good workability, and high resistance to corrosion.
Smooth Swirl Finish
Without paint, the surface of your unit can get scuffed and scratched. So we touch the surface with grinding pads to give a clean swirl pattern. Not only does this help hide scuffs and scratches, it looks great too!
T5052 Aluminum Sheeting
Is one of the higher strength non-heat-treatable alloys. It has a high fatigue strength and is a good choice for structures subjected to excessive vibration. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine atmospheres. The form-ability of the grade is excellent.
Diamond Plate Skirting
Rugged and stylish, we wrap the bottom exterior of the unit with diamond plate sheeting. Offers protection to underbody as well as the exterior.

Triple Sealed Door Trim
Along the door edges we place "U" shaped trim on the frame and a single round trim on the door it self. When closed the trims interlock. Tripling the seal for greater water resistance.
Flush Side Doors
To prevent updraft weather penetration, we form the skirts so the doors become flush with the unit, as opposed to laying over it. Sides of the doors are triple sealed and rest inside rain guards.
Sealed Aluminum Hinges
We use heavy aluminum piano hinges to hold up our doors. Each hinge is carefully caulked where attached and is covered with UV protected weather stripping.
Nose Cone w/ Access Door
All of our trailers now come standard with a nose cone w/ access door. This gives you more space for storage, and also helps deflect wind in travel! Includes 12v dome light.
