During the Build Service

Because of our building process, we offer the ability to work with us, as we are working! After the bulk of the unit is built, it's time to outfit. The process of outfitting is planned out as much as possible before hand, but inspired ideas can be generated by watching the plan unfold. Giving you the customer, opportunity to improve your product or make last minute changes.

A Place to Stay

When you com visit our shop from far away, we'll put you up in the UPSCO Hyatt, a company owned building built like a hotel. Free for use by our customers!

After the Sale Service

We don't cut you out of the picture once you drive off our lot. We're available to service you after the sale too! Whether it be maintenance, repair, education, upgrading, or future purchasing. We're just a phone call away.

100% Tig Welded

With superior arc and weld puddle control, TIG allows you to create clean welds when appearances count. Because the heat input is often controlled by pressing on a foot pedal, similar to driving a car, TIG welding allows you to heat up or cool down the weld puddle giving you precise weld bead control. This makes TIG welding ideal for strong cosmetic welds like sculptures and automotive welds.

T6061 Structural Aluminum

Has excellent joining characteristics, good acceptance of applied coatings. Combines relatively high strength & shock absorption, good workability, and high resistance to corrosion.

T5052 Aluminum Sheeting

Is one of the higher strength non-heat-treatable alloys. It has a high fatigue strength and is a good choice for structures subjected to excessive vibration. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine atmospheres. The form-ability of the grade is excellent.

Smooth Swirl Finish

Without paint, the surface of your unit can get scuffed and scratched. So we touch the surface with grinding pads to give a clean swirl pattern. Not only does this help hide scuffs and scratches, it looks great too! (Of course, paint options are available upon request!)

Diamond Plate Skirting

Rugged and stylish, we wrap the bottom exterior of the unit with diamond plate sheeting. Offers protection to underbody as well as the exterior. (Of course, other options are available upon request!)

2" Square Tube Frame Construction

We build our framework with 2" square tubing that has .125" wall thickness so your unit will be extra durable and stand the test of time.

1.5" Square Tube Door Frame Construction

Our door frames are built with 1.5" square tubing that has .125" wall thickness, ensuring a strong and stable door.

Heavy Duty Gas Door Struts

Doors are reliably held open with heavy duty gas struts.

2 Point Door Latching

Our doors connect securely at 2 points, the left & right sides. This helps the door stay shut and sealed better than a single center point. It also opens the center point for working without a latch in your way.

S.S. Lockable D-Ring Handles

Corrosion resistant stainless steel D-ring handle make opening, closing and locking of your unit doors safe and easy.

Rotary Latches

Part of our exclusive 2 point latching system, these heavy duty rotary latches easily & securely grab hold of striker stud on the unit frame, assuring a tight closure of your doors.

We want you to be able to work on a stable and durable workspace, so we've selected .190" thick deck that will last you years!

No Lip Deck

Our decks are designed with no lip for a sleeker look and nothing to snag on.

14" or 15" Aluminum Rims w/ Tires

We use 14" or 15" Aluminum rims and tires to support loads in excess of 3000lbs (14") / 6000lbs (15").

Know you've got support and mobility for your trailer, we've selected the right axles to support the weight of the unit and all you pack in it. Features "Easy Lube" Bearings.

Dual Axle Electric Brakes

Wired to connect to your vehicle, each axle has electric brakes, maximizing your stopping power!

"Triple Threat" Weather Protection

A PurdyBilt exclusive! Offers 3 unique features to block out the weather. Includes: Triple Sealed Door Trim, Flush Side Doors & Sealed Aluminum Hinges.

Flush Side Doors

To prevent updraft weather penetration, we form the skirts so the doors become flush with the unit, as opposed to laying over it. Sides of the doors are triple sealed and rest inside rain guards.

Triple Sealed Door Trim

Along the door edges we place "U" shaped trim on the frame and a single round trim on the door it self. When closed the trims interlock. Tripling the seal for greater water resistance.

Sealed Aluminum Hinges

We use heavy aluminum piano hinges to hold up our doors. Each hinge is carefully caulked where attached and is covered with UV protected weather stripping.

Nose Cone w/ Access Door

All of our trailers come standard with (or have the option of) a nose cone w/ access door. This gives you more space for storage, and also helps deflect wind in travel! Includes 12v dome light.

Spare Tire in Holder

A spare tire is placed in a custom made holder and is located in the front storage in case of emergencies. Custom fit into goose-necks too!

SAE LED Tail/Marker Lights

SAE approved, these LED lights are built into every unit, increasing safety and visibility.

Sealed Electrical Connections

All our wiring is carefully connected and sealed with heat shrink connectors, ensuring longevity and weather protection.

Underbody Storage

Units with this feature have a storage area underneath the body. You can use this space to add a shoe drawer, drawer units, cord reels, propane tanks, anvil swing/slide outs, or anything else you may want to store!

Stainless Steel Engraved Plaque

Free with every trailer, a plaque featuring your name, or the name of your business. Options for custom logos and layouts available too!
